'leave my family alone ' Uhuru tells Ruto
The former retired president Uhuru Kenyatta has vowed to do everything he can to protect his family to anyone who is planning to interfere with his family
Uhuru who was seen for the first time in public since the Azimio called for the anti-government protests he said that he will not allow anyone to harass his family.
Uhuru was speaking in his son's house at Karen after report that police had invaded his son's house
"Am ready to protect <a href=""><img alt="banner" src="https://landings-cdn.adsterratech.com/referralBanners/png/120%20x%20300%20px.png" /></a>my family, if anyone is looking for me, let him come to me and leave my family alone," Uhuru said
Uhuru also answered claims that he has been funding Azimio demos saying that he has not in any way associated in the demonstrations but kenyans have a freedom to demonstrate.
The retired president Uhuru said that the government knows his work and what he does in Africa and if anyone thinks that their is something he is planning should ask him and leave his family alone.
"I have retired, am doing my own things in an openly manner, when i was the president i did my work, i assured that every citizen was safe,, so you should also protect the citizens," he added.
"You should solve the challenges facing kenyans," he concluded
